You can delete your Kickoff Quiz account and the data associated with it at any time. Choose the option below that matches your situation.
If you still have the app installed
- Open Kickoff Quiz and sign in.
- Open the user panel from the top-right avatar.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
Deletion takes effect immediately. You will be signed out on every device.
If you no longer have the app
Email support@kickoffquiz.app from the address associated with your account and ask us to delete it.
To protect your account, we will ask you to confirm two details we hold on record — for example your username and roughly when you signed up. Deletion is permanent, so we verify every request before acting on it. We complete verified requests within 30 days, as required by GDPR.
What gets deleted
- Your email address and username — replaced with randomly generated values.
- Your password — permanently cleared.
- All access and refresh tokens — invalidated immediately.
- Your avatar selection and profile information.
What is kept
Your past game sessions keep an anonymized reference, so scores and history of the other players in those games stay intact. This record cannot be traced back to you: it contains no email, no username, and no identifier tied to your person.
Subscription and billing events are retained for 12 months after your subscription ends, for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
