- Your account email (the one you signed in with).
- Your device and OS (e.g. iPhone 14, iOS 18 or Pixel 7, Android 14).
- The app version (Settings → About) and a short description of what happened.
Common questions
I forgot my password
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password and enter your email — we'll send you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive, check spam or email us.
I didn't get my verification email
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new link from the app, or email us and we'll verify your address manually.
I bought Premium but it isn't showing
Purchases can take a moment to sync. Reopen the app, or tap Restore purchases in the store screen. If it still doesn't unlock, email us the store receipt and the account email and we'll fix it.
How do subscriptions and passes work?
Premium unlocks unlimited play; passes give you a set window of full access. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in the app.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from — Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (Play Store → Order history). We're happy to help if something went wrong: just email us.

Delete your account
In the app: user panel → Delete account. Don't have the app installed? See kickoffquiz.app/delete-account.
Access your data
Email support@kickoffquiz.app from your account address and we'll send you a copy of everything we hold about you within 30 days (GDPR Article 15).
